We ask that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it, and is in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions, etc. intact. If returning goggles or other swimming equipment, we can only return or exchange items that have not been placed in water. All shipping damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving your merchandise.
- For Items You Purchased: We will issue a full refund to the credit card or other method of payment used at purchase. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card or Paypal account used at purchase, we will send a check to the purchaser at the billing address provided at purchase.
- For Items You Received As A Gift: We will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.
- For Items That Are Defective Or Damaged: If the return is due to a defective product or error on our part, please contact us at email@example.com or 301-951-0636 so we can figure out what went wrong and make it right. All shipping damages must be reported within 15 days of receiving your merchandise.
