We are also offering free local delivery on orders over $50, and Free Shipping on orders over $75. If local delivery is available in your area (5 mile radius around the store), the option will be displayed at checkout (please allow up to 72 hours for local delivery). If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, Please call as at 301-951-0636 and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Domestic Orders
- We ship to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states.
- We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses when they have a U.S. ZIP codes (Get shipping options and delivery estimates at checkout).
- Have a P.O. Box? No problem, we ship to those as well, just select USPS as the shipping carrier at checkout.
- **Pool and Spa chemicals can only be shipped via UPS or FEDEX ground service to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately they cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories , APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.**

How Much is Shipping & How long will it take?
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and how far away you are. To find your exact shipping cost and travel times, place the items you would like to order in your shopping cart, continue on to the next step in the checkout process, and enter your address. We pass on the direct shipping cost that we pay to USPS and UPS to you. We never add a handling or service fee of any kind.
What are Your Processing Times?
We work extremely hard to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Orders of in-stock products will be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after being processed.
How Do I Track My Order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order. We also list your tracking number with your order details. Click the ORDER HISTORY & STATUS button when you log into your account.
Will Everything Ship Together?
Whenever, possible we will ship all of your products together in one box; however, if the order is large or needs to ship from more than one facility, your packages may arrive separately. If you log into your shop.anglodutchpoolsandtoys.com account and see more than one tracking number listed for your order, expect to receive separate packages.
Will My Package Be Delivered on a Saturday?
Currently USPS delivers packages on Saturdays at no extra charge. UPS will only deliver packages on Saturdays if an extra "Saturday Delivery" handling fee is paid.

International Orders
Most Online orders can be delivered worldwide. However, some products, especially large items and items that contain fuel or other hazardous chemicals, are not available for shipment to other countries. To be sure, check the product and shipping notes as you shop. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately your order cannot be delivered there.
